From ordering samples to product modification inquiries, our team is dedicated to serving and answering the questions of the architect, designer, and specifier community. If you have a question not included in our General Inquiries or Product FAQs below, we would be happy to assist you directly.

General FAQs

1.     How do I know what products are available in the country where I am specifying?

You can choose your project location from the drop-down menu at the very top of this Web page to show only products available in your project location. If you do not proactively select your project location, you will be prompted to do so when browsing our product selection to ensure you are only seeing results for products available in your location. 

 

2.     Where can I see products in-person?

We encourage you to visit one of our locations around the world to view KOHLER® products in person. Please visit our Find a Store page to determine the KOHLER Experience Center or KOHLER Signature Store closest to you.

 

3.     How can I get in touch with a Kohler representative for a project inquiry?

The best way to connect with a Kohler representative is by completing our Contact Us form. You can also speak to a representative at one of the many events and tradeshows we attend around the world – simply check out our Events Page.

 

4.     What is the product lead time for retail and project orders?

Lead times vary by order quantity and customization needs. For the most accurate estimate, please work directly with your regional sales representative. If you are unsure who your regional representative is, simply fill out our Contact Us form and we will help connect you.

 

5.     Does Kohler offer modifications to its products for projects?

Kohler can offer customized partnerships on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate special requests for product modifications on quantities over 50. You can learn more about our product customization capabilities on our Web page.

 

6.     Where can I find regional product catalogs?

Regional product availability is integrated into this website (See FAQ: “How do I know what products are available in the country where I am specifying?”). However, to download digital copies of regional KOHLER product catalogs, visit the Literature Library section of this website.

1.     Where can I find product technical documents and/or CAD files?

Visit our Technical Documents page to get access to the files you need.

If you cannot find what you need on our Technical Documents page, visit the product detail page for the SKU(s) you’re interested in and then look for this information under “Technical Documents.”

 

2.     Where can I find product water usage information?

Look for water usage information on the product detail page of the SKU(s) you are interested in. It is also shown on specification sheets available for download. Alternatively, you can also filter by water usage on certain category pages when browsing products.

 

3.     Where can I find product installation instructions?

Visit the product detail page for the SKU(s) you are interested in to access installation instructions. 

We are happy to provide samples for mock-up rooms and other relevant design needs. Please fill out the Contact Us form and be sure to indicate your project location and the samples needed. We will evaluate all requests and let you know what we can accommodate.

 

5.     How do I request faucet finish samples?

We are happy to provide faucet finish samples for your use. Please fill out the Contact Us form and be sure to indicate your location and need so that we can accommodate most effectively.

 

6.     What faucet finishes are available in my region?

Kohler offers a variety of global finishes and regional finishes to accommodate multiple styles and trends, as well as global and regional requests. Faucet finishes availability varies by country. Choose your project location from the drop-down menu at the very top of this Web page to see what faucets and finishes are available in your project location. If you are interested in a finish that is not offered on a product in your project location, please refer to the FAQ above: “Does Kohler offer modifications to its products for projects?”

 

7.     What is the product warranty coverage?

Please check with your regional sales representative to understand warranty coverage of the particular product(s) you are interested in. If you are unsure who your regional representative is, simply fill out our Contact Us form and we will help connect you.

 

8.     What is the warranty for powder-coated finishes?

Powder-coated finishes and fittings used in commercial settings in North America (U.S.A. and Canada) are covered by Kohler Co.'s one-year limited warranty. Warranties outside North America vary by country. Please contact your Kohler representative for more information. 9.     Where can I find product pricing?

To request pricing for your project, please work with your regional Kohler representative. If you’re unsure who your regional contact is, simply fill out our Contact Us form.
